In late 2014 we wanted to put our house on the market and invited 5 local Real Estate Agents to present their individual plans for selling it. We were very disappointed with all the presentations, their general approach seemed both lazy and overly costly.  We rejected them all. 

We then contacted Malcolm Cooper from. Malcolm was like a breath of fresh air after the agents we had met, practical and no- nonsense approach with everything up front. He took the photos of our property himself for no extra cost and they were really professional. The selling and negotiation process was honest and laid back with little pressure on us. Our property was under offer after only 7 weeks on the market in an area that is traditionally slow moving for rural property and went unconditional in early January 2015, settlement is due at the end of February.

All in all, we would recommend Malcolm Cooper unreservedly as a really first class real estate agent. He made a stressful and difficult process easy and it was a pleasure to deal with him. Also he had a good sense of humour which was a bonus!
