Property is a long held passion of Mike’s and led him to complete a degree in commerce, majoring in valuation and property management from Lincoln University. He has since spent more than 15 months specialising in residential real estate and has a number of impressive sales to his name. Mike is well versed in the role of modern technology in the sale and marketing of property and has access to industry-leading marketing resources to ensure his listings reach every potential buyer possible. His past role with the New Zealand Police has equipped him with the ability to relate well with people from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. He believes communication is key to a successful property transaction and makes every effort to keep his clients informed at all times. Mike is a passionate sportsman and loyal member of the Waiau Pa Hockey Club. He is player/coach of the premier men’s team, the Pirates, and serves on the committee as the senior representative. In his down time Mike enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
