Every move is the start of an exciting new chapter, and you deserve someone on your team who is genuine, honest and focused on you and your needs. I’m proud that most of my business comes from referrals and past clients who have experienced exactly that.

As an award-winning agent with over 30 years in the property market, I’ve built, renovated, sold and invested in both private and investment properties, giving me in-depth knowledge of the North Shore and beyond. I bring ENERGY, ENTHUSIASM and POSITIVITY to every sale, along with personalised marketing campaigns, creative presentation advice and strong negotiation skills to achieve results ABOVE YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

Before real estate, I owned two successful NZ businesses – Hide Out NZ Ltd, exporting luxury possum fur and cowhide homeware and accessories worldwide, and Sensational Silver Ltd, wholesaling sterling silver jewellery to jewellers nationwide – which sharpened my international sales and negotiation experience.

I’m also passionate about helping others succeed in the industry. Through my Rise to Revenue training programme, I coach and mentor new agents, sharing the practical skills, systems and mindset that have built my own business.

I’d love to help provide you with a stress-free experience, and with a proven track record of outstanding results, I’ll make your next move your best one yet. Call me on 027 443 3707, email maree.gray@harcourts.co.nz, or visit www.mareegray.co.nz.

Always happy to help!
