What I love about real estate is the freedom to plan my working week to suit my clients. I meet and make new friends every day and being on the go keeps me fit and happy.

New developments, especially where the Unitary Plan is involved, is an area in which I have many years of experience. From the purchase of land, meeting the planner, discussing technical problems, designs and sales, I’m ready to meet the buyers. I also have an extensive database of buyers, all ready to make a move.

Following the completion of a Bachelor of Industrial Design, I worked as a graphic designer and in retail sales. I learned very quickly the value of good communication and establishing good relationships with the many different communities represented in Auckland city.

I’ve lived on the North Shore for 14 years and have established good relationships with different communities especially the Chinese. To support various charities, I often take part in organising such things as sausage sizzles or garage sales.

Outside of work, I spend time with my lovely family, I love to travel and running and kayaking when the weather is good are activities I really enjoy.

The saying, “always try to be positive, good things will come to you” is something I keep top of mind. It’s a good thought with which to start the day.
