Gordon brings extensive propertyknowledge and integrity to the table and truly cares about achieving the bestpossible results for his clients. Having been a business owner of valuation andreal estate companies for around 40 years, Gordon knows what it takes toconduct real estate business in a professional manner and achieve successfuloutcomes for vendors and purchasers alike.

In his long career Gordon founded avaluation practice at the age of 21 and by the time he sold this business to aninternational property company it was the market leader in valuations andcommercial sales/leasing in Wellington. He moved on to establishing asuccessful and market leading specialist real estate company selling hotels,motels, lodges and other accommodation businesses throughout New Zealand andparts of the Pacific and ran this business for over 20 years before selling itto Bayleys. He has spent around 10 years onthe Institute of Valuers Wellington Committee and fiveyears on the Advisory Committee to the Real Estate Authority.

Gordon recognises that buying andselling real estate is usually the largest investment Kiwis make in theirlifetime so it’s important that they get it right. He enjoys assisting peoplewith these very important decisions and using his professional skills to guidehis clients to make the right choices. Gordon holds a valuerqualification and his vendors benefit from these advanced appraisal skills whenhe is pricing their home and devising the best marketing strategy.

Gordon lives on a five-acre blockon the outskirts of Whangamata and enjoys fishing, archery and tacklingprojects around the house. He and his wife love the opportunity to give backand they provide a safe and caring environment for children in need on arespite basis when their caregivers need a break. 

Gordon’s focus is on residentialsales and sales of accommodation businesses and he loves to bring buyers andsellers together for better than expected results.
