Alan Rowlands is a seasoned real estate professional with a unique blend of financial expertise and property experience. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Alan gained his New Zealand Diploma in Real Estate in 2000 and went on to own an award-winning agency on the Hibiscus Coast, specialising in both residential and commercial property – with a strong focus on Body Corporate sales and management.

His expertise later took him to the Middle East, where he played a key role in establishing the Community Association Management profession across Dubai and the wider GCC. As General Manager, he oversaw large gated communities and high-rise condominiums in Dubai, Oman, and Abu Dhabi. Alan also became a trusted faculty member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), training property professionals around the globe.

In 2018, Alan returned to New Zealand, choosing Papamoa Beach for its relaxed lifestyle and vibrant growth. Since buying his home here, he’s seen first-hand the exciting changes in the local property market – knowledge he now shares with his clients.
