Originally from London, Gill Ireland joined theBayleys Commercial team in 2013 having moved to NZ from Singapore in 2012.

Gill has a number of years’ experience withinthe international financial markets in London as well as offshore jurisdictionsaround the world. Whilst living and working in London she built up a strongnetwork of contacts and clients dealing in the investment markets, travelingextensively throughout Europe marketing and selling to governments, corporatesand high net worth individuals. After a successful career in London she movedto an offshore location and continued to deal in the investment markets whereshe furthered her career into Hedge Funds and extended her client base to SouthAfrica.

Since joining Bayleys Nelson Gill has built asolid reputation in the local market with major commercial property developers,investors and owners as well as motel business and property owners. Shecontinues to work with national and international clients using her pastexperience and knowledge to build strong client relationships accelerating herreputation through positive results.
