Timaru-born Sarah “gets” all aspects of thediverse, picturesque and hardworking mid Canterbury region. Having grown up ona sheep and beef farm in Fairlie for 17 years, she deeply understands the rurallifeblood of the South Island. She consolidated her real estate career inCentral Otago, with 12 enjoyable years helping hundreds of clients in theManiototo Area to meet their dreams and goals. When Sarah and her husband movedto Ashburton two years ago, it was their great pleasure to take on and enhancea lifestyle block on Ashburton’s outskirts. Of her three adult children, twostill live and work in the area.

But morethan understanding the land, real estate is about understanding people. Beforeher 12-year real estate career, Sarah’s background was in Health and SocialServices.
