Jeff is a real estate broker working under Colliers Rural and Agribusiness.

Jeff has experienced 30 seasons specialising in the sale of Kiwifruit and Avocado orchards and lifestyle properties within the Western Bay of Plenty Region.

Jeff's real estate career combines with a horticultural background with involvement in orchard management, labour supply, and development of vine management systems for the Kiwifruit industry.  During his real estate career, Jeff has been instrumental in many high-profile transactions and became the first broker to conclude a sale of a Sungold Kiwifruit Orchard at $1m per hectare.

Jeff has experience in rural subdivision from concept through to marketing of the consented project.  His experience in subdivision planning and design through to working with surveyors, local council and stakeholders has contributed to many successful projects.

In 2016 Jeff's son Brad joined him in the real estate business and together they have continued to add value to many transactions and provide great results for their clients.

Jeff's knowledge of the rural agribusiness market specifically the Kiwifruit and Avocado industries, has helped facilitate many sales to buyers new to the horticulture scene.  His extensive contacts with managers, postharvest and specialist stakeholders have provided the confidence required to conclude many transactions.
