I helped my husband with his real estate business for years, flipped some properties and worked to renovate and manage investment properties, giving me a wide base of knowledge from which to start my career. I then moved to guest relations and customer services and found my niche; it is no secret that I am a people person, and prefer working with people over tools any day.Customer services took me to work with organisations like the Canadian Government and American Express, Toronto, Canada. Having kids then grounded me for a period as I enjoyed being a part of their growing years before I began working part time in a school while owning my own small business.Throughout all of these roles, if there is one thing I've learned, it's that exceptional service is the key to maintaining great relationships with clients.
