Before transitioning into real estate, Andrew spent nineyears in a management role with a local building merchant. This experience gavehim a strong understanding of the construction industry, which has provenvaluable for clients selling new builds, sections, and developmentopportunities. Today, he is recognised as a local specialist in Hastings andHavelock North.

Real estate also runs in Andrew’s blood. His parents, Peterand Catherine, were highly respected industry leaders in Hawke’s Bay for overfour decades. Andrew had the privilege of working alongside Catherine for sixyears, gaining valuable experience in negotiation, marketing, and clientservice. With a longstanding interest in property, joining the family businesswas a natural step.
