Christchurch born and bred, living and working in the garden city during its rebuilding and development was a no-brainer for Liam when entering the real estate industry. Liam advanced his skills of negotiation, problem-solving and analysis in his previous role as an Intelligence Analyst with the New Zealand Police. 

He now applies these skills on behalf of his real estate clients, giving him the ability to take a holistic approach to all situations. Always positive and forward-thinking, Liam understands that real estate is a ‘people industry’ and builds long-lasting, trust-based relationships. Liam is a proud Dad to Freddie and Monty, and anybody who has young children will appreciate the art of negotiation serves him well when it comes to the boys!
