Erin’sprevious careers before real estate also make a huge difference to her clients’real estate transactions. Erin was an office manager working closely with thebusiness owners to assist them with the operation of their businessesincluding, but not limited to, HR, marketing, business growth and organisingevents. She also worked in two charteredaccountancy offices assisting clients with the GST and end of financial yearaccounts. The result is that Erin is profoundly organised, professional,understands the importance of deadlines and knows the ins and outs of how torun a successful business including marketing.
Erin’smany years in the real estate industry make a real difference to the resultsher clients achieve as she understands the various phases of the market and thebest way to maximise opportunities for her vendors in each. Erin also knows the power of collaboration.In her toolbox she has a number of trusted professionals who, like herself, goabove and beyond. This means her clients benefit from a wide pool of expertisewhen they engage Erin to sell their home.
Erinprides herself on always having her finger on the pulse and this, plus thinkingoutside of the box, always keeps Erin and her clients ahead of the pack. The real estate market is forever changingand Erin believes that it’s important to be prepared for changes and move withthem, not against them. Adaptability and innovation are her mantras.
Erinlives in Waiuku, has previously lived in Awhitu, and has worked for many yearsin Pukekohe so a strong personal connection with these areas. Her target areasexpand the Franklin District with Pukekohe being her office base. She loves being able to share localinformation on the real estate market and highlights of the region to thosemoving into the area.
Outsideof work Erin can be found attending classes at Yoga Lane Studios in Waiuku,fishing and spending time with family. She loves to support local charitieswhere possible. In the past this has included Fusion Netball team, WaiukuBusiness Development Association, Franklin Young Mariners and Awhitu DistrictSchool.
Erincounts her biggest personal achievement as believing in herself and loves tohelp others to do the same and succeed in real estate.
