With more than 13 years in residential real estate, I bring experience, careful preparation and a clear strategy to every property I represent. Based at Barfoot & Thompson St Heliers, I specialise in St Heliers, Glendowie, Kohimarama, Mission Bay and the wider Eastern Bays.

I believe a successful property sale starts well before the first open home. It begins with understanding the property, recognising its strengths, identifying the right buyers and developing a strategy that reflects both the property and current market conditions.

I'm particular about how properties are presented and marketed. Every home has its own character, strengths and challenges, and I believe the sales approach should reflect that. From preparing a property for the market and selecting the right marketing channels to managing buyer interest and negotiations, I put considerable thought and attention into every decision.

I'm personally involved throughout the entire sales process. I take the time to understand my clients' circumstances and priorities, provide clear and considered advice, and make sure they're well informed at every stage. I'm proactive in following up with buyers, attentive to feedback and persistent in pursuing opportunities, while remaining realistic about market conditions.

My approach to negotiation is calm, prepared and purposeful. I believe successful negotiations require more than confidence. They require understanding people's motivations, recognising opportunities and knowing when to ask the right questions, when to listen and when to act.

Before entering real estate, I held senior corporate roles that developed my commercial judgement, communication and negotiation skills. That experience continues to influence the way I work today.

I'm energetic, committed and naturally detail-focused, with high standards for the work I deliver. I take responsibility for every campaign I manage, knowing that thoughtful preparation, sound judgement and consistent follow-through can make a real difference to the final outcome.
