Oliver is a high achieving broker, who has forged an impressive track record and negotiated more than $100m of property. In his first five years at Colliers, he achieved in excess of his budget, successfully transacting sales and leases of damaged, undamaged buildings and industrial land in Christchurch.He is well versed in working with multiple stakeholders, including solicitors, engineers, banks, and valuers, to gain a greater understanding of the client’s position which has lead to multiple successes. Oliver is widely regarded for his ability to closely work with his clients to ensure their requirements are meet and is continually a strong performer in the Christchurch market.Oliver was invited to the Colliers APAC training camp in Sydney where he further developed his understanding of commercial property and worked alongside a number of the Colliers industry leaders.Oliver has a Bachelor of Sport Coaching from the University of Canterbury and has spent two years in London and Europe.
