Rossqualified as a Chartered Surveyor in the UK in the valuation and advisoryfield, prior to spending 10 years in various office leasing roles in the HongKong market, ultimately co-heading the Office Services business line forColliers. In 2014 Ross relocated to New Zealand & took up a nationwidecorporate portfolio role with ANZ Bank, before then leading an award-winningOccupier Advisory business for CBRE. Ross moved to the JLL Capital Markets teamin 2018 and has recently transitioned into the Office Leasing Advisorybusiness.
