During his 25 years in management, Babak worked for two major nationwide retailers in roles that required him to lead, motivate and train staff as well as ensure customer needs were taken care of through the delivery of professional, high quality service.  He is finely attuned to meeting customers' needs and ever ready to drive sales.

 Married with two adult Kiwi/Iranian children, Babak and his family have lived in Hamilton for over 10 years, having shifted from Auckland. He is originally from Iran.
