Peter joined APM as a property manager in 2014 when they took over the rent roll of his previous employer.Starting in Real Estate in 1987 Peter began his career as a sales person before progressing to Branch Manager and then to Licensee, in 2000 Peter moved into property management and as property manager has grown his portfolio to an impressive 220 properties which are all located in the Auckland region.Peter's ability to remain focussed on the priorities, even when under pressure as well as his hands on approach to property management have served him very well and have been among the keys to his success to date.Before entering the Real Estate industry Peter was involved in both the banking and construction industries, his experience in these careers has provided an excellent foundation for his property management role.Peter is keen to continue expanding his portfolio and would like to add you to his growing list of happy clients.
