Tom joined Savills in January 2020 after working for two years as an industrial sales and leasing agent in the Auckland Industrial market. Following the move to Savills, Tom works closely alongside other members of the Savills offices in Auckland and Christchurch as well as having regular cross border transaction discussions with the Savills Australian offices.

With a particular focus on the Auckland industrial market and providing advice on all types of transactions from sales to design build leases and greenfield land developments. Tom focuses on building strong relationships with each client and through these relationships is now consulting to clients regularly on property outside of the Auckland market.

He takes an invested interest in getting the best possible results for his clients and going the extra mile to achieve this.
