Being Hawkes Bay born and bred, Caroline has a strong knowledge of the area.

Growing up at the Clive Zoo, and The Pony Safaris, taking Horse treks to Cape kidnappers. Attending Clive School, Napier Intermediate, and Napier Girls High, and working at Marine Land of New Zealand.

Having lived overseas for 35-year, fine-tuning skills in Sales, Marketing and Management, winning numerous industry awards. Fast becoming a high achiever. Married for 30 years and raising 2 beautiful children.

Selling houses in Hawkes Bay, is a privilege. It is fast becoming the “Go to” region of New Zealand.

 Caroline has a can-do attitude and high work ethic, to get the job done, smoothly, efficiently while still offering guidance and direction.  It is not uncommon for her to go above and beyond. While still maintaining a calm relaxed, down to earth approach with a high level of professionalism.
