With more than seven years’ experience in commercial real estate, Duncan has developed strong expertise in sales, leasing, appraisals, and investment advisory, particularly within the growing South Auckland and Franklin markets.Before his career in real estate, Duncan built a diverse skillset through roles as a field engineer in the New Zealand Army, a constable in the New Zealand Police, and as a professional rugby player in England and France.
