Phil has spent the past 30 years working in the agri-rural market place where service to that sector has been core to the great results he has achieved.  Eileen, a fourth generation Opotiki born farming girl, has never lost the love of farming and of country life.  She has experienced her own property buying and selling culminating in a 9 lot subdivision at Waihi Beach.

While the Goldsmith’s call the Eastern Bay of Plenty their homeland, they also have a good knowledge of and work throughout the wider Bay of Plenty and into the Central Plateau.

They are dedicated to making a success in rural sales and making your sale or purchase a positive experience.

In 2011 Phil was awarded Rural Rookie Of The Year for the most rural/lifestyle sales in his first full year as a Sales Specialist.
