Based in Wellington, but networked throughout Asia-Pacific, Belinda specialises in retail leasing; negotiating and advising on lease transactions and tenant portfolios. 

Belinda works hand-in-hand with the Australian CBRE retail team, leveraging the strong network – ultimately offering in-depth New Zealand retail knowledge and expertise to off-shore tenants and sourcing and acquiring off-shore tenants for clients’ properties.

With the combination of retail property expertise, alongside 15 years of local and international media and brand marketing experience, Belinda is focused on executing retail deals that breed long-term success for both the tenant and the landlord.
