John has been in the Real Estate Industry since 1988 and has sold property in New Zealand, Australia and Fiji as well as been involved in Property Development and Management.

John's rural experience is broad, having owned Dairy, Sheep, Cattle and cropping properties, predominantly in Canterbury.  His experience extends further to the Accommodation and Hospitality Industry, where is owned and operated his own businesses.

John understands and related well to people, having a practical and common-sense approach to business propositions, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.  He welcomes his new clients with property or businesses to sell and will work diligently with them to execute the conclusion and transact a successful sale.
