Born and raised in Canterbury, Tim Adams brings a lifetime of diverse experience and a deep connection to the South Island to his real estate practice. From forestry acquisition and establishment across the region to running his own logging business, Tim’s early career was rooted in the land—literally. His passion for adventure led him to fell some of New Zealand’s largest radiata trees, chasing both adrenaline and excellence.
In 1996, Tim pivoted into hospitality, training as a chef and baker, and later explored online sales through Trade Me, marketing everything imaginable. This entrepreneurial spirit eventually led him to real estate, where he now helps others find not just homes, but opportunities.
Tim’s approach is grounded in authenticity, empathy, and a genuine love for people. He believes in encouraging others into roles that align with their natural talents and thrives on creating lasting connections. His upbringing on a Fairlie basin farm—surviving the tough economic climate of the 1980s—instilled resilience and a deep appreciation for community.
Whether he's baking, meeting new people, or guiding clients through property decisions, Tim brings warmth, insight, and a lifetime of experience to every interaction
