After working with AMP (Australia) for four years, Dylan went on to work for an independent advice practice in Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines.Dylan started his own financial banking licence and employed over 225 financial advisers around Australia, to work under his brand IPRAXIS Pty Ltd. As CEO, Dylan was essentially responsible for the professional conduct, training and ongoing support of all his financial advisers, positioned throughout Australia. In 2009 he further established IPRAXIS FINANCIAL SERVICES Inc. in the Philippines with over 65 international staff, trained to Australian AFA standard, in support of the Australian company of advisers.
