Henry Joined Savills in 2021 after working for another Real Estate firm where he spent three years as a commercial and industrial broker, specialising in sales and leasing. In 2021 Henry joined the highly successful Savills industrial sales and leasing team focusing on the South Auckland sales and leasing market with a particular focus on the Airport Oaks, Wiri, Takanini & Papakura/Drury precincts. Although Henry specialises in industrial property, he has a strong track record of commercial sales and leasing across all Auckland precincts. Henry has gained a high level of experience, being part of over 100 sale and leasing transactions over his four years as a broker. He has gained experience in all transaction types, whether it be leasing large scale logistics facilities, or assisting a mum and dad investor sell their nest egg. Henry particularly prides himself on his long-standing client relationships, which he believes will last for decades to come. Henry has an astute and creative approach to facilitating a transaction and assesses every requirement uniquely, understanding that no two requirements are the same.
