Liamis an Associate Director at JLL specialising in commercial leasing andadvisory, providing strategic advise and building relationships withcorporate occupiers and institutional assets nationally. With almost 10 yearsexperience in commercial property, Liam has successfully delivered for a broadrange of clients including Oyster, Kiwi Property, Goodman, Argosy Property andStride Property, to name a few. 

Atall stages of the leasing negotiation process, Liam has proven to be aninvaluable resource, working alongside corporate clients to assist them inreaching their critical portfolio objectives, promoting a collaborativeapproach to account for all key stakeholders.

Liamhas played an integral part of establishing the presence of the JLL New ZealandOffice Leasing Advisory business over the past 8 years and is respected for hisauthentic approach to client engagement across more than 20,000sqm intransactions.

Outsideof his core role, Liam is the main organiser forJLL’s flagship charity event, Try for Charity in partnership with KeystoneTrust.
