Having cut her teeth working as aPersonal Assistant, Renee Anderson is now working as an agent bringing a freshapproach to the Bayleys Cromwell office.

Renee has always had an interestin Central Otago property, her partner owns a building business providinggrounding in residential building and together they have been on their own journey ofdesigning, building, and selling houses. Growing up on a dairy farm, Renee is aSouthlander at heart and is now a Cromwell local since moving here during herschooling years.  With local knowledge of the Central Otago region she hasthe property statistics for the local area at her fingertips and can readilyadvise on where properties sit in the current market.

She has worked across the world in hospitalitymanagement, having travelled to over 35 countries, so life for the personableRenee is all about people and a respect for the unique needs they bring to eachsituation.  Good communication andreliability and are hallmarks of her success.

Growing up in Cromwell hasafforded Renee an extensive database of business contacts.  As an agentshe is proactive, getting out and about in the community to make connectionsand bring sales to fruition.  Renee can relate to the many purchasersmoving into Cromwell and has a particular synergy with the new generation of buyerslooking to get on and up the property ladder and nothing excites her more thanhanding over the key!
