After a very successful 25 year career of being a professional sports coach, the transition to real estate in 2003 as a sales consultant then sales manager was a natural progression. Both fields have similarities – it’s about having passion for those to succeed, listening, problem solving and planning. Pride in providing solutions for clients and delivering on promises has been Karen’s personal undertaking. Her reputation has been based on professional integrity and the ability to listen and empathise with customers of whom Karen believes is paramount to getting the best results. 

As Sales Manager for the City office and Auction Manager for Grenadier Real Estate Ltd, Karen‘s mission statement is “to guide, inspire and empower our sales consultants to be the best they can be and providing the best results they can for their clients and customers.” The Harcourts 4 values are “People First, Doing the Right Thing, Being Courageous and Fun and Laughter".
