A desire to continue on the Newman real estate legacy of more than 50 years and to help people achieve their property goals led Nick into property. Born locally and raised in Arrowtown, Nick is a big fan of the local Queenstown-Lakes lifestyle, which makes selling homes in the area easy. His natural enthusiasm is contagious when he interacts with potential buyers or sellers.

A highly motivated and influential individual, Nick offers a strong strategic mindset that has driven positive results. Combined with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to establish mutually beneficial business partnerships and outcomes, Nick’s strong business mindset means that he is highly adaptable to a changing market and is a proven problem solver and negotiator. Finding creative solutions and going the extra mile for his clients is the norm. Being tech-savvy, Nick focuses on innovative marketing strategies, including social media and prides himself on excellent communication and customer service.

Before commencing his career in real estate. Nick had a very successful 10+ year role at Red Bull across Australia and New Zealand before finishing his last four years in Auckland as the Sales Director. Nick loves learning and is currently working towards his national diploma in real estate to accompany his business management degree.

Nick loves to enjoy the natural surroundings that the area has to offer and enjoys keeping fit and motivated through triathlons, skiing and playing golf.
