Nish came to real estate with something most agents don't have — a genuine business background. After completing an MBA at Massey University and building a career across hospitality, manufacturing, and entrepreneurship, he made the move into property and hasn't looked back.

Based at Barfoot & Thompson's Mairangi Bay branch, Nish specialises in residential sales across the East Coast Bays and wider North Shore. His approach is data-driven and straight — pricing strategy grounded in market evidence, purposeful negotiation, and advice that doesn't dance around the truth.

In 2023–24, Nish ranked in the top 20 individual salespeople on the North Shore and has consistently placed in the top 20% of performers at Barfoot & Thompson. He works in partnership with Charlotte Goudge, combining market strategy with exceptional property presentation.

A proud East Coast Bays local, Nish is a husband and dad to two kids at local North Shore schools. He's served as a director for a non-profit supporting neuro-diverse children, helps organise his local community sports club, and plays cricket in the Business League.
