Rachel Mulcay has over 20 years experience in the property industry and has recently moved back to her hometown of Ashburton from Wanaka.

During her time in Wanaka, Rachel utilized her marketing skills working for Infinity Investment Group over various developments and projects. Over the past 9 years Rachel has worked for Bayleys Real Estate in Wanaka working as part of the Donnelly Property Team with Sharon Donnelly, Bayleys no 1 Residential Agent.Rachel has now come onboard to assist Sarah Smith in growing the residential team at Bayleys Mid Canterbury.
