Sam specialises in sales and leasing of industrial property within Auckland's EastTāmaki industrial precinct and is based in CBRE's South Auckland office.  

Based previously in the South Auckland office from 2019 through to the start of 2022,Sam then embarked on a tenure in London involving both travel and a stint withCBRE UK. He represented a large multi-national pharmaceutical in negotiatingleases and sales through Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), resulting in adepth of knowledge on both sides of a transaction.
