He leads a team of 22 agents providing a full range of sales and leasing services across the office, industrial, retail, hospitality, tourism and large scale apartment property sectors in the region.From Bayleys’ capital city base on Lambton Quay, Mark co-ordinates activities across a diverse geographical region encompassing Wellington, Hutt Valley, the Kapiti Coast and as far north as Horowhenua and Wairarapa. He leads from the front and from a vast market insight, having been one of Wellington’s leading commercial and industrial property deal makers for over 30 years.
