Craig has been in Property sales in Hamilton for Lugton’s for the last 21 years.Over the last 12 years Craig has specialised in section/subdivision sales and in that time Craig has successfully marketed the Milthorpe, Grandview Heights, Bramley, Callum Brae, Huntington Park, Coleraine Subdivisions. Currently he is marketing the Huntington North, Glaisdale and Amokura subdivisions in the Rototuna area.At company and national level Craig has won numerous awards, twice being Lugton’s Number 1 Salesperson for the year, three times in the Top 10 Nationally for First National and receiving the No. 1 Waikato / Bay of Plenty / Gisborne Real Estate Institute excellence awards four times. Winning the Residential Sales for the Real Estate Institute awards for the Waikato / Bay of Plenty / Gisborne District. In the recent 2008 / 2009 financial year Craig was No. 4 in Lugton’s and winner of Real Estate Salesperson Institute award for residential section sales. Since 2007 Craig has assisted Kristen Gould with lifestyle properties. This has been very enjoyable and successful as Craig was originally from a farming background in Ngahinapouri. Craig particularly enjoys the people side of the real estate business and looks forward to the future lifestyle side of the business in partnership with Kristen.
