With a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing at Otago University, Mark has over 20 years’ experience in the selling and marketing of consumer goods in both New Zealand and International markets.

Mark is part of the Bayleys team in Wanaka having transferred back to Otago from Auckland to develop the commercial, industrial and business brooking division for Bayleys.

Mark has worked for Bayleys for over 18 years, more latterly as part of the Senior Investment team and has amassed almost $300 million in sales and leasing transactions.

Mark’s extensive experience has covered all commercial transactions including commercial, industrial and retail sales and leasing, leasing and sell down of new retail developments, business sales and investment sales. Mark is also recognized as the leading childcare investment broker with 19 direct and associated childcare investments sales.
