A 1 hour from Paris, a character house in a forest. Accessible by a forest road that serves only two properties, the house is perched above a river, away from the road. The land, over 1 hectare, is divided between wooded slope and grassy areas around the house. Built in 1967, the longère covers about 220 m². Raised on two levels, it is stone-built under a Norman slate roof on a traditional framework. Six capucine-style dormers, five on the main façade, punctuate the two-pitched roof whose pavilion wings are topped with two zinc ridge crests in the shape of birds with wings spread. The doors and exterior joinery, in anthracite gray aluminum, are recent.
