This charming house with a swimming pool is my main residence. I would like to offer it out for rent on a regular basis for short-term stays ranging from a few weeks to several months, whilst retaining the option to return to it between tenancies. I am therefore not looking for a long-term tenancy. In summer, the swimming pool and outdoor areas allow you to make the most of the fine weather. In autumn and winter, the pellet stove provides gentle warmth and a cosy atmosphere, ideal for relaxing, working from home or settling in the area temporarily. The living room is fitted with a large-screen television, and there is another television in the kitchen. The house has three bedrooms: one is already fitted with a television, and the other two will be fitted with one shortly, to offer greater comfort and privacy to each occupant. Fully equipped for everyday living, the house is suitable for a family, a couple, business travellers or anyone seeking temporary accommodation whilst on secondment, attending a training course, during building works or going through a life change. With just one neighbour and fields all around, it offers a peaceful and unspoilt setting. Situated in Flayosc, in the heart of Provence, it is a truly liveable space, comfortable and welcoming, come summer or winter. As this is my main home, I place great importance on it being treated with respect and care. I will therefore carefully consider each enquiry to ensure that the terms of the stay meet both the travellers' needs and the specific requirements of the house. The house also serves as a lovely base from which to explore Provençal markets, wine estates, the landscapes of the Verdon and the Mediterranean beaches. It is equally suitable for someone on a business trip as it is for a couple or a family going through a transitional period: a job transfer, training, working from home, whilst waiting for a new home, or a prolonged stay in the region.
