90 km from Paris, in Upper Normandy, near shops, an 18th-century farmhouse and its outbuildings renovated on a 3,200 m² plot. At the end of a small street, the property, walled and hidden from view, reveals itself behind a tall gate. The village farmhouse is arranged around a rectangular courtyard, enclosed by the main dwelling, extended by an integrated outbuilding as part of the building, and by three other outbuildings to be refurbished, built two levels high. The 18th-century house, which comprises a central block and an integrated annex, is two storeys high and capped by a two-pitched roof, tiled and pierced by two brick chimney stacks and a Jacobean skylight. The facades, in Vernon rubble masonry, are pierced by large multi-paned windows, while the outbuilding has half-timbered walls. The roofs and façades of the three outbuildings to restore share the same characteristics as the main dwelling. A decorative fountain fed by a spring animates the first part of the terrain, then a few stone steps lead to the second, more planted section, including notably an orchard.
