244 Backus Road, New Lisbon, NY 13315

This parcel has weekend retreat written all over it! Its perfect! Nice rolling hills with beautiful clover meadow, ascending into hidden treasures awaiting in the ample, expansive wooded area. I see lots of potential for weekend camp, new home site, cropland , animal pasture, and whatever you can dream up! Tons of road frontage, giving the big sky view from the topmost spot of the meadow. Its dreamy! Get your ducks in a row and go and see this! Electric available at road, small stream across the street(Butternut Creek), you can hear it from this parcel. Not much crosses the street, maybe a grouse, or turkey, pretty much solitude, but you are 12 minutes from Morris, which has shopping for essentials.
