I want to promote a listing
We offer three premium products to ensure your listings are seen by the right people. Because let’s face it, who wants their listing tucked away on page three?
Showcase $150*: The Showcase is our most premium product. Showcase listings appear in a large carousel at the top of the page, above all standard and featured listings. A showcase listing will also appear in the carousel in surrounding suburbs, allowing you to promote a property to users searching nearby.
Feature $59*: When you Feature a property on realestate.co.nz this listing is pushed to the top of a user’s search results, appearing before all standard listings. A featured listing also displays in a larger and more prominent box than a standard listing. Once a property has been featured it will continue to display as a premium listing until sold.
Refresh $50*: A featured listing will begin to move down the search results page as time goes on and newer listings are featured. Booking a Refresh will bring a property back up to the top of the search results page and add an "UPDATED" stamp to the listing.

Your listing goes global
In order to offer your listing international exposure, realestate.co.nz has introduced a new global listing product. This product will send your listing out to over 120 foreign property portals, which reach 300 million potential buyers and investors every month. What is a Digital Business Card?
A display advert that allows you to promote your personal brand to users who are searching in specific suburb/s.
Who makes the ad?
Forget creative agencies or design fees – your Digital Business Card will be produced by our in-house design team for free. We will send you a list of what we need (such as your name and phone number) and then create the artwork for you.
What does it include?
A Digital Business Card can be purchased on a first-come, first-serve and suburb-by-suburb basis. For example, if you purchase a Digital Business Card for the Christchurch suburb of Cashmere, your advert will appear in the right-hand column of a desktop user’s screen when they are searching for property in Cashmere. Your advert may also appear in email alerts for that suburb, getting you in front of serious buyers, renters or investors. Bonus: Purchase a Digital Business Card in three or more suburbs and as an added bonus your picture will appear next to all of your listings in search results.
How much does a Digital Business Card cost?
