Kiwi homes will now be showcased to property seekers around the world, as realestate.co.nz joins the Global Property Network (GPN). #

The GPN is a global property distribution network that publishes property listings across leading international property portals, allowing buyers around the world to view properties on their preferred site and enquire directly with the listing agent. 

The new partnership extends the reach of realestate.co.nz listings to property seekers across 122 countries, translated into 15 languages, at no extra cost to sellers. 

Rishi Ankus, GM of Sales at realestate.co.nz, says the move significantly expands sellers’ international reach.  

“Whether it’s a Kiwi living overseas thinking about coming home or an international buyer considering New Zealand, their property search will often begin online. This partnership puts Kiwi properties in front of those buyers from the very start. 

“For someone selling their home in New Zealand, it means greater international exposure and the potential to reach buyers they otherwise may not have. That’s particularly relevant as New Zealand looks to attract more international investment, including recent changes through the Active Investor Plus Visa, commonly known as the ‘Golden Visa’. 

“You never know where the eventual buyer of a property might be. They could be down the road, across the Tasman or on the other side of the world.” 

Kiwis looking at property overseas can also begin their search directly on realestate.co.nz.

From 9 September 2026, properties listed on realestate.co.nz will automatically be distributed through the Global Property Network, with international enquiries directed back to the relevant New Zealand listing agent.
