131 School Road, Te Aroha, Matamata-Piako

Located in sought-after Manawaru, this 146-hectare (more or less) dairy farm presents a productive and efficiently operated farming business. Comprising of two titles, it is in two blocks connected via a concrete underpass. With a flat contour and quality sandy loam soils, this farm is set up for success.

At the heart of the operation is a 36-bale rotary dairy featuring in-shed feeding, a substantial cow yard and a concrete feed pad.

The farm is subdivided into 63 paddocks with bore water reticulated throughout the property. Operating on a low-input system two farm, milking 470 cows, it offers a simple and practical management system.

The main block with most of the farm infrastructure is 121-hectares and the block across the road is the balance of 25-hectares.

Well supported by a range of farm buildings, calf-rearing facilities and implement sheds, the property provides all the necessities needed for day-to-day operations.

The property has four dwellings, comprising a spacious four-bedroom main home with swimming pool and double internal-access garaging, along with three additional dwellings providing excellent accommodation for staff or extended family.

With quality infrastructure, good accommodation and a highly regarded location, this is a dairy farm that demands attention.
