Positioned on a quiet no-exit road on the outskirts of Havelock North, this 7.3-hectare (more or less) property offers a hard-to-find combination of lifestyle living, established equine facilities and plenty of versatility. Accessed via security gates and a well-formed shingle driveway, the home is set privately at the rear of the property.

Extensively improved by the current owners, the property is exceptionally well suited to equestrian use. Facilities include a dressage arena with mirrors, drainage and sprinkler system, stables, horse wash-down area, hay barn, nine post and rail paddocks with electrics and race access, plus additional paddocks suitable for grazing, hay production, crops or exercising the horses.

Further improvements include a CCTV system, new appliances, extensive tree planting, a new one-bedroom container cottage, a one-bedroom sleepout connected to the garage with a new bathroom and a bore water supply with irrigation consent.

Offering a sought-after location with a genuine rural feel, quality equine infrastructure and multiple income opportunities, this property will appeal to horse enthusiasts and those looking to support an equine business.
