2896 State Highway 3, Awakino, Waitomo

This 519 ha property has a 135 ha dairy platform with an option to add more land to the Dairy unit. The balance of the farm is made up of predominantly cattle country with some area in mature millable age pine plantation.

Infrastructure includes multiple housing options, a new 36 aside herringbone cowshed, wool shed, workers cottages, a tidy single person's quarters and shearers quarters that have also been used as accommodation blocks for cavers and fishermen.

The farm has several options to expand the forestry area on the Western side of the farm and perhaps entering into the ETS scheme, whilst maintaining a very good cattle finishing block behind the dairy unit. There is also an option to tap into the tourism sector by opening the farm up for expanded caving and abseiling ventures with approximately 50 caves of various sizes and skill levels.

Currently farming dairy cows and grazing beef cattle, this farm has multiple income potential opportunities.
