Take Charge of a Flooring Success Story

$2M Revenue | $486K Average Earnings | Price around 2 earnings
Work for yourself. Earn well. Build on something proven.
Ready to back yourself?

Here is an opportunity to step out on your own without starting from scratch.
This long-established flooring business generates around $2M in annual revenue and average earnings of $486K — with the reputation, customers, suppliers, staff and systems already in place.

And you don't need to be a flooring expert to own it.
If you can sell, deal confidently with customers, organise people and projects, and have an eye for décor or interiors, you could be a very good fit.

Already in flooring or décor? - This could be your opportunity to own the business rather than work for one.
In the trades? - Get off the tools and put your practical knowledge and customer skills to work in a different way.
Sales, estimating or project management? - Your existing skills could translate remarkably well into business ownership.

WHY THIS BUSINESS?

• Circa $2M annual revenue
• 3-year average earnings of $486K
• FY27 trading in line with previous years
• Long-established and trusted Greater Wellington name
• Experienced staff member supporting the owner
• Customers and suppliers belong to the business — not the owner
• Attractive lease and efficient operating footprint.

The retiring owners have built a well-recognised and highly successful business with good old-fashioned service and traditional marketing initiatives. They have maintained it through a tough economy.

Application of smart digital marketing strategies will add further momentum, and there is clear scope to grow the light commercial side of the operation.

Proven today. Potential for tomorrow.

Established business. Proven earnings. Back yourself!
