101 Ormsby Road, Pirongia, Waipa

Set across 19.14ha (more or less) in the sought-after Pirongia district, this well-established property combines productive grazing, quality infrastructure and an appealing rural environment, presenting an exciting opportunity for those looking to secure a manageable farming or lifestyle holding.

Purchased in 2011 as a bare maize-block and developed into what it is today. Currently being farmed as a boutique sheep and beef stud operation, this fertile, flat to easy contoured, well fenced and subdivided farm would also make an exceptional equine, dairy support or cropping/horticultural property.

The property boasts excellent farming infrastructure with multiple shedding options, great stock handling facilities and accommodation is taken care of with a large 3-bay barn that incorporates a comfortable, expansive 1-bedroom self-contained living.

Beyond its practical attributes, the property has a wonderfully established feel. An extensive selection of mature fruit and nut trees provides an impressive variety of seasonal produce, while established hedging, specimen trees and plantings contribute shelter and privacy throughout. The property borders the Waipa River. Two footbridges providing creek access to established native plantings - a peaceful natural feature that adds another dimension to this already diverse holding. Located in the Otorohanga District, just 1 km south of Pirongia township on Highway 39.

Build your dream home, run livestock, establish a rural base or simply enjoy the freedom and space of country living, this property is awaiting its next chapter.
