Here's your chance to secure a 996sqm corner site in the heart of Waihi with plenty of room to make your mark.

Owned and lived in by the same owner since the 1980s, this much-loved property is now offered to the market as a deceased estate. The home is certainly showing its age, but what it lacks in polish, it makes up for with location, land and potential. The property is being sold as is, where is, giving you the opportunity to bring your vision and make the most of what's here.

Positioned close to Waihi township, with easy access to State Highway 2, this is a site that deserves a closer look. Whether you're looking for a project, a development opportunity, a do-up or simply a large section in a convenient location, there is plenty here to get the imagination going.

What you see is what you get, and the opportunity is yours to explore.

With a generous corner section, this is not your average residential property. Bring your vision, bring your ideas and make the most of the land.
