Easy Coromandel living starts here. This tidy two bedroom home is private, level and low maintenance, and you can walk to the main shopping area in Tairua.

Inside, the light, airy open plan lounge, dining and kitchen flows to a spacious north facing deck, which catches the sun all day. There are two bedrooms, a good sized bathroom and a handy laundry area. The home is mostly fully furnished, so you can move in and start enjoying the coast straight away.

Outside, the easy care, level section has established grounds and doesn’t need much upkeep. There’s a separate, lined single garage, plus room to park the boat.

Tairua is a magnet for outdoor lovers. Climb Mt Paku for sweeping views over the harbour and coastline, surf or swim at Ocean Beach, or head out on the water to fish, kayak or paddle board. Dive or boat around Shoe, Slipper and the Aldermen Islands, or take a short drive to Hot Water Beach and Cathedral Cove.

It would suit a holiday home, a lock up and leave getaway, a first home or a downsizer. At this price it won’t hang around. Call Andrew or Bridget to arrange your viewing.
